Quotes

Prices are valid for six months from date of quotation.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged in addition where applicable.

For mainland UK the price includes delivery.

For export the price includes packaging, the cost of shipping is available on request and is payable in addition.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required with the order. All deposits are non-refundable once the Order Confirmation has been issued to the client.

The balance due is payable in full on the installation or delivery date, except by prior written agreement with AWB. Payment is required in full prior to any goods being shipped overseas.

All products supplied remain the property of AWB until payment has been received in full and can be recovered without notice by AWB.

In the event of payment not being received by the due date, interest may be charged and payable at the rate of 5% per month on any outstanding balance until payment is made in full.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled with 28 days of their confirmation will be charged the 30% deposit only and are to be returned at buyers expense. Orders cancelled after 28 days, but prior to 28 days of the agreed delivery date, will be charged 80%, due to materials and work already completed.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery arrangements will be agreed with individual client. Lead times are quoted as approximate, and may change subject to unforeseen events.

It is the client's responsibility to prepare the site for installation in accordance with the recommendations of AWB for the products in question.

Any additional site work that has to be carried out by AWB to meet the requirements of the client over and above of the initial quote, will be charged at £60.00 per hour plus VAT, mileage and materials.

Guarantee
AWB will provide a guarantee on all products for 3 months. All moving parts on products are guaranteed for 12 months – extra guarantee is available on request at an extra cost to be agreed.

Any unjustified call out as a result of misuse or poor maintenance will be charged out at £60.00 plus VAT. Mileage and materials will be charged additionally.

AWB will manufacture all products in accordance with appropriate use and does not accept responsibility for any failure of a product resulting from negligence, vandalism, severe weather conditions, inappropriate or unreasonable use, acts of God, incorrect installation or by moving the product in a manner not in accordance with instructions provided by AWB.
